Cancellation Policy

A friendly reminder to my Guests about canceling/rescheduling- Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy for your stylist, we uphold a 72-hour cancelation and reschedule policy. Reservations must be canceled and/or rescheduled at least 72-hours prior to your appointment time to avoid a late charge. 72 hours or less is subject to a 50% charge and anything leases that 48 hours is subject to 90%. If you are unable to get ahold of us, please provide written notice via text message and/email which is time stamped. Each time an appointment is canceled within a 72-hour window or missed without providing proper notice, another client is prevented from receiving a service and your service provider misses out on income. When booking an appointment at Black Oak Salon you are agreeing to these policies and are responsible for adhering to them. If payment is unable to be processed for late cancelations or no-show fees, we reserve the right to use any current deposits to cover the charge. Should you be late, cancel and/or miss three or more appointments, you are subject to potential termination as a client at at Black Oak Salon or will be required to pre-pay for any service booked in the future. Late Arrivals: Arriving late deprives you of valuable service time. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will end at its scheduled time, and you will be held responsible for the full service cost. Black Oak Salon reserves the right to refuse service if a client is later than 10 minutes to their scheduled appointment time, and the client will be charged a late cancellation/no-show fee outlined above. Re-do’s: if you’re unhappy with the service provided Black Oak Salon offers a 6 day window for you to reach out and get rescheduled. Outside of those 6 days will require payment. This rule is void to color corrections. Please understand that this is my livelyhood that takes a hit when you don’t provide adequate notice to reschedule or cancel❤️
